Good Luck Charles We Love You

by Atlantic City Rescue Mission
(Atlantic City, NJ)

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be ever at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face
and the rain fall softly on your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

Whether I be far or near, may I hear only good news of you all.

A sunbeam to warm you,
A moonbeam to charm you,
A sheltering angel, so nothing can harm you.

May you have warm words on a cool evening, a full moon on a dark night, and the road downhill all the way to your door.

May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light,
May good luck pursue you each morning and night.

Goodbye and good luck my special friend
by: Lou

Charles (CC), There really aren't any words I can use to tell you how much you mean to me, or how much I am going to miss you. You are a huge part of my success. During my years on the street you were just like a father to me. I will never forget the day you tried to get me into a detox program. We ran into a wall at every turn we took, but you never gave up and you stayed with me the entire day. Seeing that compassion and feeling your love and concern is where most of my passion to serve has stemmed from. There is no greater gift one human being can give to another. Although I will miss you very much, I wish you much happiness and success. I love you very much!!!!

Charles. As you said it is bittersweet. Know that you will be greatly missed. Your commitment to helping other has always been an inspiration. Thank you for your friendship and being a close brother in Christ. I know God will continue to use you in this new work. Thank you Lord for allowing me to know Charles and the wonderful gifts you have given him.
May God bless you and your wife on this wonderful journey.
Don't forget to take your cowboy boots and hat.

How we will miss that happy face that brought in those "Dunkin Doughnuts" every wednesday morning. And I'll miss our theological chats and discussions. But I'm sure God has wonderful plans for you and your wife. I wish you all the best Charlie and may God give you all the wisdom you need to lead in your new position. Please keep in touch.

You will be missed!
by: Debbi Giacomoni

Charles, I was very shocked and saddened when you said you were leaving, but when you said it was to go to Tuscon, it just felt right. May God bless you in your new ministry and your new/old life. May He grant you wisdom and discernment, give you strength, perserverance, and peace. It has been a pleasure working and serving with you. Your compassion and care has touched many lives and will have eternal significance.

Enjoy the big sky, the dry air, the horses and cowboys. I just hope there's a Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood!!!
