Hard to believe it has been almost 4 years. I want to thank you for your guidance and leadership. There have been many changes from when our group came from Central Region to Toronto Region. We have faced a lot of changes, seen some firsts, staffing changes, first Ontario CPIQ plant, closer of a dairy plant.
