What a sad day it was for me when I read the announcement about your retirement. We have worked together for so long, it won't be the same without you. You have that sought after 'it' that everyone wishes they had; the ability to be a hard worker, drive results, get things done (properly), support others, meet demands from all directions while making it look easy. And while maintaining all the qualities that make you someone that everyone loves. Such a treat to have had you as a support person then as a peer, and I will always appreciate the help you gave me in getting to where I am today. You set one hell of an example TK. Love you and will definitely miss you but most of all, I hope you enjoy every minute of this new time of your life. Truly this is the definition of a well deserved rest.

Soon you will have one. Theresa, just think...No more alarm clocks, annoying traffic line-ups; gas guzzling car trips; those exasperating conference calls followed by emails and Outlook meetings. Sigh a big "Ahhhhh". Soon you will be able to watch the moon at night, listen to the birds in the morning and drink tea to your heart's content. Lunches with friends, catch up with neighbours and spend time with your children.
With retirement comes new horizons and I hope that you enjoy every second of your new found freedom. Take time to decompress, relax and enjoy your new leisure time.

Congrats Theresa! You will definitely be missed. I remember when i first started Quest, and you were my manager, i sure was scared of you but that quickly changed!! I got to know you as not only an amazing support person, but as someone who i could look up to, someone who i could always count on, someone who i knew always had my back and most importantly, someone who i could call my friend.

Hey Theresa, well, we definitely had some fun between working on SCOOP and the Huddles.

You were always a valuable resource and a passionate champion for both of these initiatives, and neither would be the success they are today without your input.

You have been very helpful to me since coming to Mobility almost 5 years ago. I have come to you many times with questions or feedback and you have either actioned it yourself, or pointed me in the right direction, so for that reason I think of you as my own personal Traffic Control.
